It was during my senior year at the University of California, Santa Barbara, that I discovered a passion for photography. Equiped with an Argus C-3 (VERY old, and handed down from my father) and a $15.00 light meter, my adventure began. After graduating with a BA in English Literature, I attended Brooks Institute of Photographic Arts and Sciences in Montecito, CA. Heavily armed with an impressive arsenal, I was living the dream. But then, as it does somehow, life intervened, and the path I was on took a different course.
Circumstances brought me to Arizona, where I learned to appreciate the beauty and magnificence of the southwest. Through my photography I hope to share the immense diversity the southwest has to offer.
